Yes, our approach is rooted in Christ based faith, sisterhood, and holistic healing but all are welcome, regardless of spiritual background.
Absolutely. While our approach is faith-based, you do not need to believe in God to be welcomed here. We honor each woman’s journey and meet you exactly where you are—spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. There’s no pressure, no judgment, and no requirement to participate in spiritual practices.
You are loved, seen, and supported here. We’ll walk with you at your pace, in a way that feels safe and respectful for you. Our goal is your healing and wholeness—however that looks for you.
