Our Peer Support Program Levels

A Journey of Healing & Becoming

The Bloom Stage

Bloom is about arrival, safety, and connection.

This stage offers women a supportive space to slow down, be heard, and begin reflecting on their experiences at their own pace. Through peer connection, conversation, and shared lived experience, women are supported as they explore their thoughts, emotions, faith, and personal needs in a way that feels safe and grounded.

Bloom is not about fixing or rushing.
It is about being met with compassion and reminded that growth can begin gently.

The Rooted Stage

Rooted is about stability, self-awareness, and strengthening foundations.

In this stage, women are supported as they deepen their understanding of themselves, their values, and what helps them feel grounded in daily life. Through peer support, reflection, and practical skill-building shared from lived experience, women explore ways to build consistency, confidence, and resilience.

Rooted is about standing more firmly in who you are — supported, not directed.

The Rise Stage

Empowerment, purpose, and moving forward with intention.

This stage supports women as they step into greater confidence, independence, and connection to purpose. Through continued peer support and community connection, women are encouraged to share their voice, support others when ready, and move forward in ways that align with their values, faith, and goals.

Rise honors growth without pressure — allowing each woman to define what forward movement looks like for her.

Our Core Goals

MENTAL HEALTH PEER SUPPORT

Compassionate, peer-led support for women navigating mental health challenges and co-occuring substance use recovery.

  • Our peer supporters walk alongside women with lived experience, encouragement, and connection to instill hope and support personal recovery journeys.

  • For those with mental health concerns such as trauma, PTSD, postpartum distress, depression, anxiety, substance use recovery, and related life challenges.

  • Peer-led groups and faith-centered support circles that create space for reflection, connection, and encouragement in a safe, non-clinical environment.

TRANSITIONAL HOUSING

Offer safe, structured housing to help women rebuild stability while engaging in recovery and personal growth.

  • Short-term and long-term recovery housing options with supportive peer environments

  • Daily structure, shared responsibility, and faith-based routines

  • Peer-guided goal setting, personal development, and healing-centered activities

  • Assistance with housing transitions, reunification, and self-sufficiency planning

SISTERHOOD & COMMUNITY

Equip women with the tools, education, and support needed to thrive independently and with purpose.

  • Community connection and mentorship rooted in shared lived experience, mutual respect, and empowerment rather than authority or control.

  • Emotional wellness and grounding practices such as journaling, prayer, reflection, and creative expression to support self-awareness and emotional regulation.

  • Support with identifying resources and referrals including therapy options, community supports, and relapse-prevention resources, while honoring each woman’s autonomy and choice.
