Our Peer Support Program Levels
A Journey of Healing & Becoming

The Bloom Stage
Bloom is about arrival, safety, and connection.
This stage offers women a supportive space to slow down, be heard, and begin reflecting on their experiences at their own pace. Through peer connection, conversation, and shared lived experience, women are supported as they explore their thoughts, emotions, faith, and personal needs in a way that feels safe and grounded.
Bloom is not about fixing or rushing.
It is about being met with compassion and reminded that growth can begin gently.

The Rooted Stage
Rooted is about stability, self-awareness, and strengthening foundations.
In this stage, women are supported as they deepen their understanding of themselves, their values, and what helps them feel grounded in daily life. Through peer support, reflection, and practical skill-building shared from lived experience, women explore ways to build consistency, confidence, and resilience.
Rooted is about standing more firmly in who you are — supported, not directed.

The Rise Stage
Empowerment, purpose, and moving forward with intention.
This stage supports women as they step into greater confidence, independence, and connection to purpose. Through continued peer support and community connection, women are encouraged to share their voice, support others when ready, and move forward in ways that align with their values, faith, and goals.
Rise honors growth without pressure — allowing each woman to define what forward movement looks like for her.

Empowering Holistic Mental Health

What is Peer Support?
Peer support is emotional, mental, and spiritual encouragement from someone who has walked a similar path. At Koko Bella Diamonds, our Certified Peer Recovery Supporters are women with lived experience in overcoming mental health challenges, trauma, or substance use, just like the women we serve.
We don’t offer clinical therapy. Instead, we walk with you through your recovery journey, offering sisterhood, support, and strength when you need it most. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, or healing from your past, peer support reminds you: you’re not alone, and you can rise again.
To protect the integrity of peer support, Koko Bella Diamonds does not provide:
-
Case management or service coordination
-
Clinical therapy, counseling, or diagnosis
-
Transportation or chauffeur services
-
Monitoring compliance or enforcing treatment plans
-
Running errands or acting as personal aides
When additional services are needed, we help women identify options and referrals, while honoring their autonomy and choice.

Our Approach
We are a Peer-Run Recovery Agency, meaning every service is led by Certified Peer Recovery Supporters with lived experience and specialized training in Mental Health, trauma-informed, strength-based, and culturally sensitive care.
Peer support services consist of services that promote resiliency and recovery, self-determination, advocacy, well-being, and skill development. These services are individualized and recovery-focused, designed to build personal insight and coping skills through peer relationships rooted in mutual respect and empowerment.
