A Moment to Pause.
Selah is a faith-centered sound experience designed to help you slow down, breathe, and rest in the presence of Yahweh (God).
The word Selah appears throughout the Psalms and is often understood as a moment to pause, reflect, and be still. This gathering is built around that same spirit.
Through the gentle tones of sound bowls and a peaceful atmosphere, this experience creates space for prayer, reflection, quiet journaling, or simply resting in stillness.
There is no pressure to participate in any particular way. Some people pray, some reflect, some journal, and others simply lie back and rest.
The goal is simple:
create space to be still and allow God to meet us in the quiet.

Be Still and Know
A Holy Spirit–led practice of stillness rooted in Scripture, designed to help believers pause, quiet their hearts, and rest in the presence of God.
This meditation is not focused on techniques or emptying the mind. Instead, it creates sacred space for God to enter, speak, and minister through stillness. Participants are gently guided into a posture of surrender using Scripture, quiet reflection, and intentional rest, allowing the Holy Spirit to lead each moment according to God’s will.
Anchored in Psalm 46:10, “Be still, and know that I am God,” the Sacred Reset invites the soul to slow down, release distractions, and return to trust, peace, and awareness of God’s nearness. No experience is required. Come as you are, bring a willing heart, and allow God to meet you in the stillness.
